Authenticity is often associated with the idea of being yourself, but in practice things are more nuanced.
Each of us shapes our lives and choices within a specific context, influenced by experiences, responsibilities, opportunities, and limitations. In this process, the question arises: to what extent what I’m experiencing aligns with who I am?
In this workshop, we will explore authenticity in a practical manner from the perspective of PURPOSE: the meaning you create in your life and work, in relation to who you are, to others, and to the world in which you live. Through instruments like neosomatics, sociometry, and self-reflection, you will understand how the directions in your life take shape, how and where a lack of coherence in your decisions manifests in your daily experience, and, above all, how the process of adjustment begins without losing what you have already built.
This session is designed for both those just beginning their journey of personal exploration and also to those who work with people and are seeking a more integrated framework for understanding meaning and direction. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to ask yourself more precise questions about the life you’re building and to see more clearly what supports and what doesn’t support the direction you’re heading in.
About the facilitator:
Andra Pintican is the founder of ROST Institute and the initiator of an ecosystem of initiatives aimed at rebuilding the relationship between people, work, and meaning in a world facing a profound crisis of coherence.
At the intersection of education, mental health, and work culture, Andra has created concepts and projects such as ROST Village, a living laboratory of applied humanity where people directly experience reconnecting with themselves, their community, and meaningful work, and “We Work with ROST,” a national campaign that brings a new paradigm of work to schools and organizations: not as an obligation, but as an expression of identity and responsibility toward the world.
Through the ROST Institute, she develops educational programs, trainings, and systemic interventions that support people and organizations in building ROST—the meaning they choose to give to their lives and work, in relation to their personal, social, and economic realities.
Her work integrates perspectives from psychology, neuroscience, organizational dynamics, and somatic practices, centered on the idea that mental health cannot be separated from the context in which we live and work. Andra works with professionals, leaders, educators, and young people to create sustainable life and work structures that no longer lead to burnout, fragmentation, and a loss of meaning.
She is also the founder of several nationally impactful initiatives in education and career development, helping to train thousands of people and spark essential conversations about the future of work, the dignity of trades, and the need to rebuild vibrant communities.
Her voice brings a clear perspective to the public sphere: we are no longer talking about separate crises (of personnel, of meaning, of mental health), but about a system in need of profound rethinking, where PURPOSE becomes the compass for this reconstruction.
Workshop will be held in Romanian.
