We invite you to a workshop of curiosity and exploration. In a safe space, you will be able to understand, experience and feel through the body new dimensions of the sexual self.

Each participant will be guided as far as they feel comfortable to descend into the body, to listen and be guided by invitations to mirroring, self-reflection and play, all of which offer the opportunity to broaden the range of nuances we know about our sexuality and sensuality. Being a practical rather than a theoretical workshop, the body will dictate which aspects it is open to know in more detail. And for that, we just need to listen to it.

We are waiting for you with psychotherapist Cezara Botez, specialized in sexual and relational education, for a workshop dedicated to those who are curious, regardless of their couple status or sexual identity.

About the facilitators:

Cezara Botez is a supervised systemic psychotherapist, specializing in sex and relationship education, and author of products for the Mind Games publishing house – S`explorări and S`experiențe (cards for exploring the sexual self and sexuality in couples).

She is passionate about the intricacies of expressing sexuality and sensuality both individually and as a couple, and wants to create safe spaces where she encourages the replacement of shame associated with the subject with excitement, curiosity and playfulness. The idea that sexuality is more than sexual activity with a partner and the need to know the nuances that characterize our sexual selves are beliefs around which she works. At the same time, Cezara trusts in the rhythm and choices of each body, offering guidance and support through gentle, yet courageous invitations.
