Charley Morley is a bestselling author and the co-creator of Mindfulness of Dream & Sleep, which is an approach to lucid dreaming and conscious sleeping. His books have been translated into 15 languages, his most recently published book, Wake up to sleep, being inspired by his research of the treatment of PTSD in military veterans. He had his first lucid dreams at the age of 17, and currently teaches techniques to achieve this state, running workshops and courses in over 20 countries and in top universities. Since 2008, he has been sharing his experience and Buddhist teachings with the authorisation obtained within the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. Thus, his practice is based on elements from Tibetan Buddhism and scientific notions, such as neuroscientific information about dreaming.
