SECTION 1. THE ORGANISER AND THE OFFICIAL RULES OF THE COMPETITION
1.1. The organizer of the contest “Giveaway” (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is the company Brain Agency SRL, Cluj, Cluj-Napoca Strada Edgar Quinet nr 26, Ap 45, RO29906968, J12/686/2012 (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).
1.2. The competition will be run in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”) on the website www.facebook.com/andreearaicu. The rules are binding for all participants. SECTION
2. PERIOD AND AREA OF THE COMPETITION
2.1. The contest is organized and runs from 11.05.2022 to 18.05.2022, throughout Romania, in the virtual space corresponding to the page, in accordance with the provisions of these Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement the Rules, as well as the right to suspend and/or terminate the Contest, subject to prior notice to entrants at least 24 hours prior to the date on which any amendment/completion to the Rules becomes effective. SECTION 3. RIGHT OF PARTICIPATION
3.1. Any natural person who is at least 14 years of age at the date of the competition, and who has a permanent domicile or residence in Romania is entitled to participate in the competition. By entering this competition, persons under the age of 18 guarantee that they have parental consent to participate in the Competition.
3.2. Employees of BRAIN AGENCY, employees of companies involved in the Contest, as well as their first-degree relatives and their relatives (spouse) are not entitled to participate in the Contest.
3.3. Participation in this Contest implies full, express and unequivocal knowledge and acceptance of these Rules.
3.4. The winner must provide the Organizer with all identifying information via a private message on the Instagram page to be used in the process of naming and awarding the prize. If any of the personal information is not filled in correctly, the entrant may be disqualified, even if they have been drawn as a winner.
3.5. The competition will take place exclusively on the Internet, on www.instagram..com/andreearaicu.ro.
SECTION 4. DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS
4.1. Persons who enter the Competition assuming a false identity are automatically disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the Contest or to cancel the decision to designate an entrant as the winner if the entrant has not provided correct contact information, has entered using false information, or is attempting to influence the Contest by fraudulent means or is not in compliance with the Rules.
SECTION 5. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
5.1. Any person wishing to enter the Competition may participate without paying any fee from 11.05.2022 to 18.05.2022. To register, participants must comply with the following:

SECTION 6. PRIZES and AWARDS
Each participant can win one of the 2 prizes offered by The Inner.ro. Prizes consist of a double subscription to the event and a 3x books from The Inner.ro. More comments or sending the answer more than once does not mean more chances of winning. Winners will be selected randomly by a random draw mechanism. The draw will take place on 18.05.2022. Winners will be announced on the same day by 20:00. Prizes will be delivered by courier, after confirmation of the winners, within 15 days after their validation.
6.1. The total estimated net value of the prizes is 350 EURO.
6.2. The prize won cannot be exchanged for other products or winnings and no cash value is awarded. In the event of the winner’s refusal to receive the prize or in the event of the impossibility of its validation according to these Rules, he/she will lose the right to be awarded the prize. In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right not to award the respective winnings to other participants, except for the 3 reserves.
SECTION 8. TAXE
8.1. The Contest Organizer is responsible for the calculation and payment of the withholding tax on the prize and all legal social taxes.
SECTION 10. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
10.1. By communicating their personal data in the manner expressly indicated in the Rules, the participants of this Contest express their express and unequivocal consent that their personal data will be included in the Organizer’s database for the purpose of deliberation, validation, awarding of the prize, for the fulfillment of the fiscal obligations of the promotion organizers.
SECTION 11. FORTA MAJORA
11.1. For the purpose of these Rules, force majeure means any event which cannot be controlled, remedied or foreseen by the Organizer, including the impossibility of the Organizer for reasons beyond its control, and the occurrence of which renders the Organizer unable to fulfill its obligations under the Rules.
11.2. If a situation of force majeure prevents or delays in whole or in part the execution of the Rules and the continuation of the Contest, the Organizer shall be exonerated from liability for the performance of its obligations for the period during which such performance is prevented or delayed, according to art.1082 and 1083 Civil Code. The organizer, if invoking force majeure, is obliged to inform the participants of the existing Contest within 5 working days after the occurrence of the force majeure.
SECTION 12. OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES
12.1 By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to abide by and comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of these Rules.
