1. ORGANIZER

The campaign is organized by:

BRAIN AGENCY S.R.L., with registered office in loc. Cluj-Napoca, Strada Alexandru Donici, Nr. 1, Cluj County, Romania, registered at the Trade Register Office of the Cluj Court under no. J12/686/2012, CUI RO29906968.

The campaign is organized in collaboration with World Class Romania S.A., with registered office in Bucharest, 27 Ion Brezoianu str., 7th floor, sector 1, CUI RO-16128511.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The competition runs from 15.05.2026 (00:01) – 25.05.2026 (23:59).

The winners will be announced from May 26-28, 2026.

3. RIGHT OF PARTICIPATION

Any natural person who fulfills all the following conditions may participate:

● Purchased an Innerland Pass or Harmony Pass during the campaign period (May 15-25, 2026);

● Over 18 years of age;

● Has domicile or residence in Romania.

● Employees of World Class Romania S.A. or Brain Agency S.R.L., including their collaborators, cannot participate.

4. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM AND DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

Everyone who purchases an Innerland Pass or Harmony Pass between May 15-25, 2026 will automatically be entered into the drawing.

Prize awarded: 1 (one) 1-month Gold membership to World Class.

The draw will be conducted via random.org from May 26-28, 2026. Each registered entrant is automatically assigned a random number without human intervention. The number drawn will correspond to the winner’s ID. The draw will be filmed.

The winner will be notified by email within 3 working days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within this period, the reserve will be called.

5. AWARD

The prize is a 1-month Gold membership to World Class Romania, awarded as a voucher.

The total value of the prize varies depending on the type of Gold membership available on the World Class network.

The prize cannot be replaced by its cash equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to claim a refund of the price of the subscription originally purchased.

The prize can be claimed within 10 days of the winner’s name being published.

6. FEES AND TAXES

Income tax on the income from the prize will be calculated and paid by the organizer, in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Code. Any other tax obligations are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN

The campaign may be terminated early only in case of force majeure or by decision of the organizer, for reasons beyond its control. Participants will be informed through the official communication channels.

8. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the participants will be processed by Brain Agency S.R.L. and World Class Romania S.A. in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Romanian legislation, exclusively for the purposes of organizing this campaign and designating the winners.

Participants have the right to information, access, rectification, deletion and data portability. Requests can be sent to the organizer.

9. LITIGATIONS

Any disputes will be settled amicably. Otherwise, the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca shall have jurisdiction. The applicable law is Romanian law.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

By participating in this campaign, participants confirm that they have read and accept these Rules. Failure to comply with the Rules will lead to disqualification of the participant.

The organizer reserves the right to change the Rules, with prior notice to the participants.
