Description

In this experiential workshop, David Bedrick will guide participants safely through a somatic process of accessing and accepting some of their most difficult feelings and experiences. The workshop will then continue by working live with participants as David guides participants in uncovering the message, meaning and insights embedded in the issues most important to each individual through his method of un-masking. While most of the learning stems from theory and ideas, this workshop will reveal itself to participants as they are guided through each story. Theory and ideas will follow individual work, so previous attendance at his conference can bring you more value. David invites you to bring to the workshop the diversity of your unique challenges, cultures, social identities, styles and ways of approaching life.
