Diana Torje has trained in multiple areas of self-awareness of her body and system. Practice health coach, nutritionist, yoga teacher, massage therapist and theta healing therapist, focusing their work and studies around longevity and hormonal balance. Passionate about beauty and health, she believes in the power of everyone to create a long life lived with meaning, beauty and health.

Diana helps her clients create and live a balanced lifestyle through integrative nutrition protocols, coaching and working with the emotional and spiritual body, customizing each protocol to each person’s needs and particularities. She guides the people she works with towards principles that can be adopted systematically and easily for a conscious and balanced life in relation to everyday reality.
