Description
We invite you to a dynamic and participative workshop where you will explore with Dr. Raluca Anton the mental errors and predictable irrationalities that influence our financial decisions. We will analyze why we tend to look for meaning in the way we earn money and how we justify our incomes, even when economic logic does not support these arguments.
Through interactive exercises, case studies and group discussions, we will discover things like why we are willing to financially sabotage ourselves out of competitive desires, how the reward deferral effect influences us, what are the right wordings for spending and how it can influence our perception of how much we spend, how we perceive debt, and how we can adjust our financial behavior to avoid emotional pitfalls.
The workshop combines the psychology of financial decision-making with practical examples, giving you concrete tools to make more rational and beneficial decisions in the long term. You will walk away with a better understanding of your relationship with money and immediately applicable strategies for a more balanced management of your personal finances.
