Description

Do you have a well-constructed narrative about yourself? Do you sometimes wish you could change how you feel about yourself? It’s natural. We have a number of stories about ourselves, some woven by us, some unconscious, acquired in early childhood, some through interaction with the environment that shaped us.

We invite you to a Compassionate Inquiry® workshop where you can explore how these stories you have created to cope with situations, but by disconnecting from yourself. Today, these self-descriptions may no longer be useful to you. Compassionate Inquiry® is the psychotherapeutic approach to trauma, developed by Dr. Gabor Mate Gabor and Sat Dharam Kaur ND.

The main source of suffering is our disconnection from the deepest parts of our being, often caused by childhood and transgenerational traumas. With the right approach, this connection can be re-established.

In the workshop, together we will explore the sources of disconnection from ourselves and how to free ourselves from the stories that limit us. It is only when we experience connection with ourselves and others that we can open to our vulnerability and emotions and discover and express what is true for us. This expression is what heals us.

Come join us and explore a psychologically and emotionally safe framework to see (yourself) beyond these stories.
