Have you ever thought about your inner child?

We invite you to an experiential workshop where you will be able to meet the complexity of your inner child as a psychological structure formed in the early stages of development.

This experiential workshop offers a guided exploration of the inner child from an integrative psychological perspective, anchored in developmental psychology and attachment theory. Starting from the idea that early relational experiences are internalized and continue to influence how we relate to ourselves and to life, participants will be invited to identify the resources, coping strategies, and fundamental needs formed throughout their development.

The workshop provides a safe space for identifying and integrating unique identity resources and for understanding the effects of early experiences, with an emphasis on resilience, self-regulation, and reconnecting with personal meaning.

About the facilitator:

Gabriela Dumitriu is a psychotherapist, university lecturer, and author of specialist books focused on the assessment and psychological support of children and parents in crisis situations, including “A Child in Two Homes: How Do We Protect Children When Their Parents Separate?” She is the founder of the ArtePsy Association and has extensive experience in developing assessment and psychotherapeutic intervention programs, working with children, adults, and families in times of crisis and transformation.

One of her central concerns is developmental psychology and how early experiences shape adult personality and destiny. She is concerned with the conceptual clarification of the notion of the inner child from a scientific perspective, integrating contributions from developmental psychology, attachment theory, and integrative psychotherapy. In her individual and group practice, she approaches this concept with an emphasis on resources, resilience, and self-understanding as a way of connecting with the meaning of life.
