A 4-hour workshop aimed at exploring resources and vulnerabilities, and especially fear. How do we look at fear and when did we learn to use it? What are the resources we access through fear and how can we access these resources without activating the unhelpful mechanisms the psyche turns on when fear signals the body and our thoughts. Participants will encounter pre-traumatic roles and learn how to generate their growth. The workshop is for anyone ready to nurture their inner child, even therapists. The Therapeutic Spiral Model (TSM) is a gentle processing oriented model with the goal of integrating life situations and being resource centered.

Irina Gruia, is the mother of two children and the “psychodramatic mother” of many psychodrama students and graduates. Her first therapy group meeting was in 2006 and since then, more than 16 years she has moderated thousands of hours of group and individual therapy. Irina self-provides with anything new and interesting that “challenges her schema” and which she can then further offer to the people she works with. This is how she discovered the Therapeutic Spiral Model (TSM), a profound but very logical and easy to learn tool that enables us as therapists to not retraumatize the client we accompany in the therapeutic relationship. TSM originated in America and Romania is the 43rd country where it is being developed from 2022.
