You’ll be led through easy-to-follow guidance on how to breathe deeply and how you can learn intruments
useful for calming the mind and how they can be implemented in a busy daily schedule.
You will learn how breathing influences the nervous system and how you can decide on your ability to be calm, well-balanced and focused.
This workshop is for you if you find it difficult to meditate, if you have difficulty breathing deeply or shallowly,
if you have a stressful job, if you find it hard to concentrate and/or if you often find yourself in states of anxiety.

In this talk Sandra Voz will share her personal story of moving on from stress, burn out and
overburdened to live a peaceful, authentic and rich life. It’s a true story, shared with honesty
about the pains she went through and what specific areas of her life she changed to find
inner peace and recreate inner balance. Sandra tells her story in the hope of inspiring others
take an honest look at how they live their lives and check with themselves if they are ready for a change.
It takes courage to get out of old habits, but it is often much more painful to stick to them.

Sandra uses a 360 ° approach to live a healthy life, both physically and mentally.
The aim of this approach is to reconnect the body with the mind not only through yoga, breathing and meditation, but also through
