About Masterclass:

You’ll be led through easy-to-follow guidance on how to breathe deeply and how you can learn intruments

useful for calming the mind and how they can be implemented in a busy daily schedule.

You will learn how breathing influences the nervous system and how you can decide on your ability to be calm, well-balanced and focused.

This workshop is for you if you find it difficult to meditate, if you have difficulty breathing deeply or shallowly,

if you have a stressful job, if you find it hard to concentrate and/or if you often find yourself in states of anxiety.

take an honest look at how they live their lives and check with themselves if they are ready for a change.

It takes courage to get out of old habits, but it is often much more painful to stick to them.
