We invite you to a Phenomenological Constellations workshop in a safe and structured setting where you can explore the process of recognition as an authentic encounter with yourself. Together with Mircea Bucșă, coach and facilitator, you will be able to release constructs and emotions invested in maintaining an image of the self that “must” in order to go from fragmentation to integration.

If you have questions like Why am I afraid to act? Where did the tendency to hide come from? What image do I maintain in order to be accepted? Where have I lost my joy? What part of me remains unrecognized? you will have the opportunity to de-stress old mechanisms into congruent action. Specifically, this clarity can support more coherent decisions professionally and financially, more authentic relationships, a more realistic account of your own resources and limits, and better listening to your body as a feedback tool.

Invitation to get to know is an invitation for you to navigate from seeing your vulnerability and strength without opposing them, to accepting your limits and potential at the same time. You will leave not just with cognitive clarity, but with a state of clarity, calm and lived authenticity.

About facilitator

Mircea Bucșă has been an entrepreneur for over 12 years, but opened up to deep transformative processes with the beginning of his journey from his role as a father. His training and studies in coaching and transformative processes through phenomenological constellations and mindfulness from various schools has been compatible with his technical and entrepreneurial experience, helping him to translate into his work the ability to bring order and calm, logic and clarity into his clients’ personal processes, supporting them to unlock the patterns of thinking that perpetuate chaos and prevent them from anchoring in structured actions.

He is a facilitator who has incorporated all of these practices into his own life, working with himself and gaining the ability to stay in touch with vulnerable parts without getting lost in the mental or emotional chaos. His ability to hold space and navigate uncharted depths has helped hundreds of clients and groups he has worked with.

His mission has always been to bring clarity and peace of mind, whatever his projects.
