Yoga teachings address four parts of the mind – we will identify and discuss them together, and then align our state of mental clarity and balance through direct experience, through observing mental fluctuations, in a holistic practice. These instruments are suitable for transformation and the integration of all the fragments that belong to us, towards a state of gentle, free presence. By focusing the mind in a physical practice, using specific breathing exercises, the flow of energy in the body will circulate as needed, in flow, and the mental will follow in calm and harmony.
I am Paula, I have been practicing yoga for more than 12 years, and 7 years ago I opened the first yoga studio in Cluj: IKWE Yoga Studio. My desire is to create spaces of metamorphosis for passionate people who practice yoga with joy and want to explore themselves in their essence, for a full living in Simplicity and Presence.
