Come to a safe space and explore how you can free yourself from dramatic family losses (financial, social status, confiscations) and thus free yourself from risk aversion, professional stagnation, or anxiety about abundance.

Psychotherapist Cristina Schmidt will support you in this process with practical tools that will help you grow without inner conflict. This is not a motivational workshop. It is a space for reflection and psychological clarity, aimed at those who feel they can do more, but hit an invisible threshold when success becomes real.

About the facilitator: 

Cristina Schmidt is an associate professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, University of Bucharest, psychotherapist, coach and trainer, Co-chair of the International Committee of the American Association for Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama. In 2024, she was awarded the prestigious Zerka Moreno Award by the American Association for Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama (ASGPP). Throughout her international career, Cristina Schmidt has taught university courses and delivered lectures to the general public in the US, Indonesia, Italy, Turkey, Jordan, and Egypt. Together with Daniela Damian, she founded the Institute for Transgenerational Psychotherapy and Psychogenealogy and the International Center for Psychogenealogy, centers where she created the first comprehensive training program for professionals in Transgenerational Psychotherapy and the first study group dedicated to professionals involved in transgenerational work.
