Description
About the workshop:
Have you ever felt that the success you have is not deserved? Like it’s not yours? Have you ever felt that fear or shame prevents you from celebrating your successes? How often do you think that one day you will be ‘discovered’ as less capable than you seem? These often painful feelings can be deeply rooted in family history and in the social and emotional legacy we carry.
In this workshop, you will explore:
- Impostor syndrome from a transgenerational perspective – find out what your subconscious is hiding about your perception of success
- How history and events in the family tree can influence a sense of (un)belonging to success
- How you can understand and release limiting thoughts, building an identity that reflects your true potential
This workshop will help you connect with the source of these feelings, discover how to transform hidden emotions such as shame and doubt into confidence and create a healthy relationship with success. You will learn to let go of inherited beliefs that hold you back and build a path to success based on authenticity and personal strength.
It’s time to leave behind the burden of the past and claim your place in life with confidence!
