Procrastination is a common and harmful form of delay that has negative consequences for productivity, as well as for health and well-being. But to effectively address procrastination we need to first understand the real reasons people procrastinate. In this workshop you will learn the science-backed reasons why people procrastinate and engage in reflective and interactive exercises to help uncover the factors that contribute to your own procrastination.
Following this we will explore evidence-based practices for addressing the emotion regulation difficulties that underlie procrastination so that you can reduce unnecessary delay, reach your goals, and enhance your health and well-being.
