Even if we didn’t get the security, attunement or emotional support we needed as children, it’s never too late to start giving ourselves that care.
Self-parenting is the practice of reaching out to our younger selves with curiosity, compassion and responsibility. Through guided visualizations and intentional inner conversations, we begin to understand the needs, fears, and protective patterns that once helped us survive, but no longer serve us today.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to gently reconnect with older parts of yourself, soften self-criticism, and reshape old internal narratives. This process can contribute to better emotional regulation, self-confidence and a deeper sense of inner stability.
Self-parenting is not about blaming the past. It means becoming the stable and supportive presence you needed and consciously choosing how you want to relate to yourself now.
