The psychodrama group is a micro-universe in which our relationship patterns become spontaneously visible and thus possible to adjust. In this workshop we aim to create favourable conditions to make the transition from words to action easy. In a safe setting, we will observe what we are doing “here and now” and become aware of patterns of response so that we can replace them with more appropriate responses. Through play, with ease and clarity, we will be able to see what I bring to the relationships around us and gain the ease of accessing that part of us that we want in relationships.
Sabina Pop is a psychotherapist specialized in psychotherapy-psychodrama. With a degree in psychology and social work from Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, She has over 10 years of experience working with groups and organisational training. Simona Vlad is an autonomous psychotherapist in psychotherapy-psychodrama. She has a degree in psychology and philology from Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca.
