This workshop, inspired by the set of 75 cards for transgenerational trauma therapy created by Sabine Lück, founder of the Generation Code® method, proposes a deep exploration of inherited and transgenerational information stored in the subconscious that influences personal identity and choices.

Practical genealogical research starts with asking family questions and continues with the study of documents and family histories. But did you know that we can also look to our bodies for answers? Memories and information about our ancestors are stored in our bodies, and accessing this unconscious knowledge can open up new perspectives on our lives.

Why is this process relevant?

Research in epigenetics and transgenerational psychology shows that the experiences of ancestors are passed down through generations, affecting how we perceive and experience life. Through the Generation Code® method, and its associated tools, we can access and understand these subconscious messages.

About the facilitator

I am Timea Müller, founder of the Generation Code® Project Romania, accredited trainer of Strong Roots® Romania and therapist specialized in the Generation Code® method.

As a sociopsychopedagogue and specialist in family systemic practice, I work with transgenerational processes, collective and individual traumas, migration and integration processes. Through my training and experience, I create safe and guided spaces for exploring personal and collective histories.
