Do you live your life mindful enough?

We invite you to a workshop using the MBSR® (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) technique, where you will experience mindful presence in a safe, warm, and supportive space. This technique is based on a structured, scientifically validated approach, developed in a clinical setting, which supports stress reduction and the development of a more mature and gentle relationship with your own experience.

The workshop is designed as a lively encounter with the practice, not as a theoretical presentation on mindfulness. Together, we will explore what it means to be present in our bodies, with our breath, thoughts, and emotions, and how this presence can become a real support in our daily lives.

In addition to guided practices, the workshop includes moments of reflective dialogue (conscious inquiry), a central element of MBSR, which allows for the integration of lived experience and clarification of how we relate to difficulty, stress, and reactivity.

The workshop is open to people who are just starting out and looking for a safe and non-intrusive setting to discover meditation, as well as experienced practitioners interested in reviewing and questioning their practice in a setting that is attentive to the dimension of trauma and the risks of “spiritual bypassing.”

 

About the facilitator: 

Valérie Cioloș-Villemin is a certified coach and trainer in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR®) program, trained at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the institution where this method was created. In 2022, she obtained her final certification (the highest level) at Brown University, following a rigorous supervision and evaluation process that attests to the quality, integrity, and accuracy of her teaching.

Valérie has an interdisciplinary professional background (natural sciences, socio-economic development, economics, PhD in economics) and over 25 years of personal mindfulness practice, deeply integrated into her daily life. The way she supports groups is characterized by presence, rigor, gentleness, and respect for each person’s pace, with special attention paid to safety, the dimension of trauma, and the avoidance of subtle forms of spiritual bypassing.

The workshop will be held in Romanian.
