A workshop that comes to support managing anxiety, increasing our ability to focus, shifting our attention from our head to our body, and navigating other difficult emotional waves we face. All of this happens through music, with a playful, gentle instrument within everyone’s reach and no musical experience is needed to participate.

Elena Strings graduated from the University of Music in Bucharest, where she studied classical music. From there she turned in time to the music of the Middle Ages, working in various bands of this genre (Truverii, Ad Hoc) and to national and international folk music. On this “back” road we reached the music of the people, ritual music, healing music, which turned out to be an extraordinary adventure of self-knowledge and knowledge of the transformative potential of sound in the world. All the activities we pursue are centered on the joy of making music, a joy we share with others, with the certainty that musical expression is accessible to all, that living in and through sound adds value to life.
