The INNER – Mapping inside is a concept of conferences and workshops focused on increasing well-being. The Inner – Mapping Inside brings together psychology professors, international best-selling authors, therapists, spiritual leaders, researchers, artists, musicians, peace advocates, and proponents of Taoist and Buddhist philosophies to create a well-researched and safe space for personal development that integrates mind, body and soul.
Participants will have a unique experience and later they will be able to continue in-depth practising in their private space from the practices experienced at the workshops or Masterclasses in this 3 days event. All workshops and conferences focus on accessing and strengthening one’s own resilience, fostering confidence in oneself and in relationships, and encouraging the value of one’s own identity.
