Description
Rediscover wellness through chant meditation
Both studies from the 1970s and more recent studies show that in mantra chanting meditation the body and mind enter a deep state of calm and rest. The term mantra from Sanskrit means an instrument of the mind or thought. Used as a chant, mantra in meditation, it induces the body into a meditative state that releases stress and supports the nervous system in managing hypertension.
Punnu Wasu, teacher of meditation and Kirtan (meditative concert) invites you to a unique workshop where you will be able to enjoy a state of well-being. This type of active meditation is a practice rooted in India, characterized by chanting and live instruments. Many of these mantras are chanted in Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language, which together with the sounds of the instruments create a sacred and harmonious atmosphere connecting participants with their self and a sense of divine presence.
We invite you to explore with curiosity a song and movement meditation workshop that will bring you energy, joy and a state of bodily rest.
