Description
Have you wondered how you can use breathing and meditation as a tool in working with people? Would you like to know the science behind these practices and how they can be combined in coaching, mentoring, therapeutic work and mental health with the people you work with?
Dr. Raluca Anton, psychologist, psychotherapist and trainer of specialists invites you together with meditation teacher Punnu Wasu to learn how to use the breath in individual work with clients, to learn about the difference in theory and practice between guided imagery and meditation and how these tools support the psyche and body in therapeutic processes and why. At the end of the day dedicated to teaching all mental health specialists, you will have acquired practical elements and theoretical constructs that you will be able to integrate into your work, regardless of the training school you attend. You will go through theory, practice and personal integration, taking with you a small self-assessment tool to track your own work in the practice.
Come to this masterclass and learn directly from specialists and trainers in psychotherapeutic and mindfulness practices what the benefits and limitations of these tools are in working with people. Learn how to accompany your clients responsibly and deeply, so you can guide them through processes that bring them more health and a rich process of self-awareness and navigation of their own resources.
