Description

Istoria generațională a fricilor tale

FEAR is an experience. It significantly influences or affects the way we think, make decisions and act in our daily lives.

The invisible impact of fear transfers into thought habits that limit our development, creates blockages in finding solutions, inhibits thinking and influences the way we manage our relationships in lives. Also, we can feel, consciously or unconsciously, the signs of fear throughout body manifestations, physical symptoms and behavior changes, despite our efforts to control or act differently.

How are fears justified? How is it that some of the fears seem to have no logic? How is it that even though we identify a certain fear, we cannot overcome it emotionally? All this can be also explained by the experience of our family or ancestors. Survival and defense instincts are prepared to react against danger, outside the space of consciousness, which makes us make decisions and act quickly to get out of a situation that we perceive as dangerous. By finding a transgenerational origin of the fears experienced today we can find the most appropriate solutions, both for solving the fears and the situations influenced by them.

In this workshop we will identify in a practical way, in a safe and confidence space, what happened in our family history, what fears we inherited and what influences our evolution, how to manage them and how we can find the right solutions for self development and live a life the way we want.
