Speaks about:
Her speech about “Overcoming Anxiety” is based on strong evidence from her research work,
as well from 1 to 1 work with people. Dr. Olivia Remes will share what are some healthy coping mechanisms that we can use
in critical moments or in situations of panic attacks, as well in everyday situations in which we face anxiety,
fear, physical sensations in the body that make simple things like socializing or asking for
a raise to lead to high mental and emotional consumption. Simple strategies that we may already be putting into practice but we don’t know how they help us to access them in difficult times. A speech that brings clarity, power and the feeling that you are in control of your own resources.
