Master Shi Heng Yi is the headmaster at The Shaolin Temple Europe · 歐洲少林寺, a buddhist monastery in Germany. Studying Chan, Medicine and Training of Kung Fu, Taijiquan, Qi Gong, Rou Gong and more Shaolin Arts belongs to the daily exercise and education of the Shaolin Monks, Masters, Disciples and Novices inside the monastery. The uninterrupted tradition of knowledge which is more than 1,500 years old has been transmitted for generations by Shaolin Masters to their students, constantly evolves and proves in practice to enable people to live a happier and more harmonious life.

Master Shi Heng Yi has been practicing martial arts at the Shaolin Temple since he was 4. Later in his childhood, dissatisfied by the education system because it taught him many things but not about himself, he focused on the training from the Shaolin temple where he learnt self-exploration, self-discovery and several monastic practices. After graduating with an MBA, he returned to the monastery teaching mental and spiritual development, Shaolin Arts, Qi Gong, breathing methods and other extensive self-mastery methods.

Master Shi Heng Zuan graduated as Master at The Shaolin Temple Europe in 2021 and together with Master Shi Heng Yi, facilitates several Shaolin and Qi Gong workshops all over Europe.
