Punnu’s musical style is a fusion where East meets West – Indian fusion. His concerts often start at a slow, meditative tempo and build to an energetic catharsis. He has a remarkably soulful voice that resonates deeply even with the most casual listener, and it’s common for his audience to clap along or get up and dance during his performances.

Kirtan began in India centuries ago as a spiritual practice for people to come together and connect with the Divine. About the artist:

Punnu Singh Wasu is an alternative therapist, Kirtan master, Indian vocalist, musician, and multi-instrumentalist. He lives in Switzerland and Bali, where he works at The Yoga Barn. From the age of 10, he began performing in Kirtan concerts across India with his father, singing beautiful devotional verses.

With over 30 years of experience, Punnu Wasu is a teacher and GrandMaster in Reiki (Usui and Karuna) and a meditation teacher. He has studied with various Indian masters in ashrams and meditation schools throughout India, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
