When it comes to love and reconciliation, it only and always starts with ourselves. But how can we love ourselves and reconcile with the past, if we do not even know who we truly are?

In this 3h workshop we will explore through constellations how you came into this world. You will experience or/and witness different stages of your life – from the womb to your adult here and now, see the challenges you faced in the past and how these experiences have shaped your being. Together we will explore what was, what is and what awaits to be integrated. This could be a long-forgotten gift, your inner vision or purpose that wants to be lived.

This constellation workshop is focused on the relationship and inner attitude towards yourself. It allows you to reconcile with yourself by bringing light to hidden parts of the self and will open the possibility to integrate the beautiful human being you are.

About the facilitator

Ursula Maria Bell is a transpersonal therapist, systemic practitioner, constellation facilitator, trainer and supervisor. Originally from Germany she has lived and worked in different countries. Since 2020 she is living in Bulgaria. Ursula introduced the family constellation work to the public in Malta in 2015 and is still going there several times a year, besides offering constellations in Bulgaria and Romania. She has facilitated workshops with hundreds of participants of different backgrounds and nationalities and is also working online internationally with sessions, seminars, and workshops in the spirit of love and reconciliation.
