Description
Research shows that art helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve cognitive function, and help manage and prevent disease. During this community moment, Rarița and Johanna will exemplify the connection between art, health and well-being by presenting the Clujean Cultural Centre’s Indoor Space programme.
You’ll learn about the outcomes of arts interventions – such as alleviating post-natal depression through Songs for Mums and Babies workshops and reducing burnout symptoms through improvisation and creative expression activities. You will also enjoy a moment of musical interaction with Johanna Bertóti, where you will have the opportunity to explore the power of music to create joy, presence and inter-connection.
